- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 lemon, halved
