Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup green olives (pitted)
  • 1 cup black olives (pitted)
  • 1 cup cubed cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian herbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary or parsley for garnish
  • Toothpicks or skewers for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine green and black olives with cubed cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon zest, oregano, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour the dressing over the olives and cheese. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  • Before serving, garnish with rosemary or parsley.
  • Thread onto toothpicks or skewers for easy serving.
