- 1 small yellow bell pepper (optional for sweetness)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
