Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce (such as Sriracha)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix hot sauce, soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  • Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  • Pour the firecracker sauce over the steak bites and toss to coat.
  • Add butter and stir until melted and combined with the sauce.
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the steak is fully coated and slightly caramelized.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust spice levels by adding more or less hot sauce and red pepper flakes.
