Ingredients

sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

olive oil

hot sauce (such as Sriracha)

soy sauce

tbsp
honey

red pepper flakes

cloves garlic, minced

black pepper

butter

chopped green onions (for garnish)

sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix hot sauce, soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Pour the firecracker sauce over the steak bites and toss to coat.
Add butter and stir until melted and combined with the sauce.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the steak is fully coated and slightly caramelized.
Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust spice levels by adding more or less hot sauce and red pepper flakes.
