Ingredients
  

  • 300g Lyoner, bologna, or similar cooked sausage
  • 100g dill pickles
  • 150g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients
    Slice the sausage into thin strips. Chop the pickles into small pieces.
  • Mix the Salad
    In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage strips and chopped pickles. Add mayonnaise and mustard, then stir until everything is coated evenly.
  • Season and Chill
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let the flavours blend.
  • Serve
    Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with crusty bread, fresh rolls, or as part of a buffet spread.

  • For a lighter version, replace part of the mayonnaise with plain yogurt.
