- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Blend oats into a fine flour using a blender or food processor.
