Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg with milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Gently combine wet and dry ingredients; do not overmix (small lumps are fine).
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
