Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots of freshly brewed espresso
  • Ice cubes
  • 100ml cold milk (whole, skim, or plant-based)
  • Sweetener (sugar, honey, or syrup) – optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Espresso
    Brew two strong shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.
  • Shake with Ice
    Fill a shaker with ice cubes and pour in the espresso. Add sweetener if desired. Shake well until frothy and chilled.
  • Froth the Cold Milk
    Use a milk frother to create thick, creamy foam from cold milk.
  • Assemble the Drink
    Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour in the chilled espresso. Gently spoon the cold milk foam on top.
  • Serve Immediately
