Chill the Ingredients:
For the best results, chill the limoncello, lemon juice, and sparkling water in the fridge before blending.
Blend Until Smooth:
In a blender, combine limoncello, lemon juice, simple syrup (if using), and ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy.
Adjust Consistency:
If too thick, add a splash of sparkling water or prosecco.
If too thin, add more ice and blend again.
- For a stronger flavor, let the limoncello freeze slightly before blending.
- If you prefer a dairy-free creamy version, blend in a scoop of lemon sorbet.
