Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup limoncello (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or prosecco (for a bubbly touch)
  • Lemon zest (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Chill the Ingredients:

  • For the best results, chill the limoncello, lemon juice, and sparkling water in the fridge before blending.

Blend Until Smooth:

  • In a blender, combine limoncello, lemon juice, simple syrup (if using), and ice cubes.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy.

Adjust Consistency:

  • If too thick, add a splash of sparkling water or prosecco.
  • If too thin, add more ice and blend again.

Serve Immediately:

  • Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lemon zest and fresh mint leaves.
