Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or chocolate cookies
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • Chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crust:
    Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Make the Peanut Butter Layer:
    Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
  • Prepare the Pudding Layer:
    Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Spread over the peanut butter layer.
  • Top and Freeze:
    Spread whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with peanuts or chocolate shavings if desired. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve:
    Cut into squares using a warm knife for clean edges. Serve immediately.
