  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir gently until combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fold rainbow sprinkles into the batter carefully.
  • Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour approximately ¼ cup batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles appear on top. Then flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, whisk heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and condensed milk until smooth.
  • Fold sprinkles into the vanilla cream sauce immediately before serving.
  • Stack warm pancakes generously and drizzle with vanilla cream sprinkle sauce. Finish with extra toppings if desired.
