For the Pancakes

- 1¾ cups milk

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles carefully.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter.Pour about ¼ cup batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
