Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rice crackers or arare
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (peanuts, almonds, cashews)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 2 tablespoons furikake seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
  • In a large bowl, combine rice crackers, pretzels, and nuts.
  • Mix melted butter, soy sauce, and honey.
  • Pour mixture over snacks and toss well.
  • Spread evenly on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring once.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle furikake evenly.
  • Cool completely before serving.
