Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken into thin strips.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan over high heat.
  • Cook chicken until golden brown.
  • Add minced garlic and stir-fry for one minute.
  • Toss in broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and onion. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot with rice or noodles.
