Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Garlic-Ginger Glaze

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Wings

  • Pat the wings dry with paper towels.Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Bake the Wings

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).Arrange wings on a lined baking sheet.Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Glaze

  • In a saucepan, combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Coat the Wings

  • Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl.Pour the warm glaze over the wings.Toss until evenly coated.
