- 8 oz noodles (spaghetti, egg noodles, or ramen)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Heat butter and oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30–40 seconds.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
Add cooked noodles and toss well to coat evenly.
Drizzle in sesame oil and mix gently.
Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and Parmesan if desired.
