Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti, egg noodles, or ramen)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat butter and oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30–40 seconds.
  • Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  • Add cooked noodles and toss well to coat evenly.
  • Drizzle in sesame oil and mix gently.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for best flavour.
  • Do not overcook garlic to avoid bitterness.
  • Parmesan adds extra umami but is optional.
  • Adjust sauce quantities to taste.
