Ingredients
  

  • 500 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Rinse shrimp and pat dry.Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat butter and olive oil in a pan.Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp to the pan.Cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp.Stir gently until melted.Add lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle parsley on top.
  • Serve warm.

  • Medium shrimp cook evenly.
