- 500 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Rinse shrimp and pat dry.Season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan.Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add shrimp to the pan.Cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp.Stir gently until melted.Add lemon juice.
Sprinkle parsley on top.
