- 1 lb pork tenderloin (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp soy sauce (optional, for extra umami)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Season the Pork: Season pork bites with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Sear the Pork: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork pieces until golden brown on all sides.
Prepare the Garlic Butter: Lower the heat and add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until fragrant.
Combine & Cook: Return the pork to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter. Add soy sauce and lemon juice for extra flavor.
Serve Hot: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
