Garlic Steak Bites and Potatoes is a quick and flavorful one-pan meal featuring tender steak bites, crispy potatoes, and a rich garlic butter sauce.

- 500 grams 500g sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 3 medium potatoes (cut into small cubes)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.
Add the steak bites, season with salt and black pepper, and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to low, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Return the steak and potatoes to the pan, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
