Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, gochujang, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick pan over low to medium heat.
  • Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for a few seconds.
  • Gently stir with a spatula, folding the eggs slowly.
  • Cook until softly set and creamy—do not overcook.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
