Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips (plain or lightly salted)
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream or mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream (or mayonnaise), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked chicken to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  • Mix crushed chips with melted butter (optional) and spread evenly over the cheese layer.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
