- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion until softened, then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
Add the cooked noodles, beef mixture, frozen vegetables, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy.
