- 4 bone-in pork chops
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 medium onion, sliced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup chicken or beef broth
 - cup heavy cream or milk
 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tsp salt
 - tsp black pepper
 - tsp paprika
 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
 - 2 tbsp butter

Season and sear the pork chops: Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Cook the onions and garlic: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Make the gravy: Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir to combine. Gradually pour in broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add Worcestershire sauce and let simmer until thickened.
Simmer the pork chops: Return the pork chops to the skillet, cover, and let simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes, until tender.
Finish with cream: Stir in heavy cream and let cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy: Serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice and steamed vegetables.
