  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 brat or hoagie buns, toasted
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Brush the turkey bratwurst lightly with olive oil.
