Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe but firm avocados
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Brush the flesh lightly with olive oil.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled.
  • Place the avocado halves flesh-side down on the grill. Cook for 3 minutes until grill marks appear.
  • Turn the avocados over and grill for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the grill. Drizzle with lime juice. Then add diced tomato, cilantro, feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve immediately while warm and flavorful.
