Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg (2 lb) chicken wings, tips removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup hot sauce (Buffalo-style)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium heat and oil the grates.
  • Pat wings dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • In a bowl, mix hot sauce with melted butter (and cayenne if using).
  • Remove wings from grill and toss immediately in Buffalo sauce.
  • Serve hot with celery and dressing.
