- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
For the Balsamic Relish

- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
