Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 peaches, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 bananas, thick slices
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions
 

  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
  • Wash and cut all fruits into similar-sized pieces.
  • Thread the fruit onto skewers, alternating colors for an attractive presentation.
  • In a small bowl, combine honey, melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  • Brush the glaze lightly over each fruit skewer.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Grill the skewers for 2–3 minutes per side until grill marks appear and fruit becomes slightly caramelized.
  • Remove from the grill and brush with the remaining glaze.
  • Serve warm with yogurt, whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream.
