In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the marinated chicken from the bag, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Once cooked, remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
