Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
  • Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the marinated chicken from the bag, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a refreshing cucumber and tomato salad or alongside grilled vegetables for a well-rounded meal.
