Ingredients
  

  • 6 ears fresh corn, husked
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, chives, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Coat each ear of corn with some of the herb butter.
  • Place the corn directly on the grill. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning every few minutes until lightly charred.
  • Brush with the remaining herb butter and serve hot.
