Ingredients
  

  • 4 fresh tuna steaks
  • 2 fresh jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, jalapeños, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Place tuna steaks in the marinade and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
  • Grill tuna steaks for 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with your favorite sides.

  • Use sushi-grade tuna for the best flavour and texture.
  • Adjust jalapeños for spice preference.
  • Don’t over-marinate; tuna absorbs flavours quickly.
  • Serve immediately to keep fish tender.
