Ingredients
  

For the Beef

  • 2 lbs (900 g) flank steak, skirt steak, or sirloin steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Mojo Marinade

  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Pat the beef dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, cilantro, and parsley.
  • Place the beef in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  • Remove the beef from the refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling.
  • Grill the beef for 5–7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook to your preferred doneness.
  • Transfer the beef to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Slice thinly against the grain.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and grilled orange slices before serving.
