Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 6 thin slices prosciutto
  • 8 oz (225 g) burrata cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the peaches thoroughly and cut them in half. Remove the pits carefully.
  • Wrap each peach half with a slice of prosciutto, securing gently around the fruit.
  • Heat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil.
  • Place the wrapped peaches on the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until grill marks appear and the prosciutto becomes slightly crisp.
  • Place the burrata cheese on a serving platter and gently tear it into portions.
  • Arrange the grilled peaches around the burrata. Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top.
  • Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze. Season lightly with sea salt and black pepper.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature for the best flavor and texture.
