For the Salmon
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Tacos
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro

For the Creamy Sauce
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

Pat the salmon dry and rub it with olive oil. Sprinkle chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper evenly over the fish.
