  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato lengthwise into thick wedges of equal size to ensure even cooking.
  • Place the wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Heat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  • Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the grill. Cook for approximately 8–10 minutes per side, turning carefully until tender and marked with grill lines.
  • Insert a fork into the thickest part of a wedge. It should slide in easily when fully cooked.
  • Transfer the wedges to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
