Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices salami, chopped
  • 6 slices ham, chopped
  • 6 slices provolone cheese, chopped

For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dressing:
    In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Assemble the Salad:
    In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, banana peppers, black olives, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, salami, ham, and provolone.
  • Toss with Dressing:
    Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
  • Serve:
    Transfer the salad to a serving platter and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the dressing.
  • Substitute deli meats with roasted turkey or grilled chicken for a different flavor.
