- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices salami, chopped
- 6 slices ham, chopped
- 6 slices provolone cheese, chopped
For the Dressing:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside. Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, banana peppers, black olives, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, salami, ham, and provolone. Toss with Dressing: Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss well to combine. Serve: Transfer the salad to a serving platter and enjoy immediately.
