For the Sliders
- 12 slider buns
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 8 oz deli ham
- 6 oz salami
- 4 oz pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
For the Grinder Salad
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons banana peppers, chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice slider buns in half while keeping them connected.
Place the bottom half of the buns in a baking dish. Layer provolone cheese, ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly across the buns.
Place the top buns over the meat layers.
Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
In a bowl, combine lettuce, onion, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and banana peppers. Toss until well coated.
Carefully lift the top buns and spoon the grinder salad over the warm meats and cheese. Replace tops.
Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.
