Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  • Using a fork, mash the avocados to your desired consistency—smooth or slightly chunky.
  • Add the chopped onion, diced tomato and minced garlic to the bowl with the mashed avocados.
  • Squeeze the juice of a lime over the mixture to add a zesty citrus flavor.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined
  • Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasonings if needed. You can add more lime juice, salt, or pepper according to your preference.
  • Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve your fresh guacamole with tortilla chips, use it as a topping for tacos, or as a spread on sandwiches. Enjoy!
