Ingredients
  

  • 12 slices of hard salami
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place salami slices into a muffin tin, pressing each one gently to form a cup shape.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are crisp and lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and let cups cool slightly to firm up.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, herbs, garlic powder, and pepper.
  • Fill each cooled salami cup with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
