- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cups sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cups pineapple chunks
- ½ cups sliced green onions
- ½ cups diced tomatoes
- ½ cups sliced black olives
- ½ cups shredded coconut
- ½ cups slivered almonds
- 1 cups crispy chow mein noodles
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth,
sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and heated through.
Add shredded chicken to the sauce and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes until warmed.
In serving bowls or plates, place a scoop of cooked rice.
Spoon the creamy chicken mixture over the rice.
