Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnutsx
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Melt the Chocolate:

  • In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with heavy cream, stirring frequently to achieve a smooth consistency.

Add the Flavorings:

  • Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt for added flavor.

Combine the Ingredients:

  • Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut (if using).

Prepare the Pan:

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture evenly into the pan.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the mixture is firm.

Serve:

  • Cut into squares and serve chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • You can use white or dark chocolate for variations in flavor.
