Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram beef (sirloin, flank steak, or ribeye, thinly sliced)
  • 200 gram noodles (egg noodles, rice noodles, or udon)
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional for extra umami)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)1-inch ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional for spice)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup carrots (julienned)
  • 2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced beef, season with black pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
  • In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in bell peppers and carrots, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  • Return cooked beef to the pan, then add noodles. Toss everything together until evenly coated in sauce.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!

Notes

  • Adjust spice levels by adding or reducing chili flakes.
  • For extra crunch, add bok choy or snap peas.
