- 200 gram beef (sirloin, flank steak, or ribeye, thinly sliced)
- 200 gram noodles (egg noodles, rice noodles, or udon)
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional for extra umami)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)1-inch ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional for spice)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup bell peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup carrots (julienned)
- 2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add sliced beef, season with black pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in bell peppers and carrots, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Return cooked beef to the pan, then add noodles. Toss everything together until evenly coated in sauce.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
