- 1 cup used or fresh coffee grounds
- 2 cup vodka or rum
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar (brown or white)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional, for extra warmth)
Prepare the Coffee Infusion:
In a clean glass jar, combine the coffee grounds and vodka.
Seal the jar and let it sit at room temperature for 3-7 days, shaking gently once a day.
Strain the Coffee Mixture:
Combine Ingredients:
Mix the strained coffee-infused vodka with the cooled syrup.
Add vanilla extract and cinnamon (if using), then stir well.
- Store in a sealed bottle in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
- Shake before serving as some sediment may settle.
- The longer the infusion, the stronger the coffee flavor.
