Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.Add ground beef and diced onion.Cook until beef is browned and onions are softened.
  • Drain excess grease if necessary.Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds
  • Stir in tomato paste.Add beef broth and milk.
  • Mix in paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.Stir well to combine.
  • Add uncooked macaroni.Bring mixture to a gentle boil.Reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes.Stir occasionally until pasta is tender.
  • Remove pot from heat.Stir in cheddar cheese.Add cream cheese if using.Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.Serve warm and enjoy.
