- 500 g ground pork or beef
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional for tang)
Place ground meat in a mixing bowl.
Add all the spices and mix thoroughly.
Pour in vinegar and combine until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate for 8–24 hours to develop flavor.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes.
