Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)
  • 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Mix Ingredients:
    In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  • Cook:
    Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Adjust Consistency:
    If the sauce is too thick, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Cool:
    Remove from heat and let the sauce cool for about 5 minutes
  • Store:
    Pour the sauce into a clean jar or bottle and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
