Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional for creaminess)
  • Salt to tasteBlack pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the corn and stir well.
  • Cook the corn for 5-7 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Drizzle in the honey and mix to coat the corn evenly.
  • If desired, add heavy cream for extra creaminess and stir until combined.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

You can use fresh, frozen, or canned corn for this recipe. If using canned corn, be sure to drain it well.
