Ingredients
  

  • 500 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onions

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix honey and soy sauce.
  • Add lemon juice.
    Stir well.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
    Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Pour honey mixture into the pan.
    Stir gently.
    Cook until sauce thickens.
  • Add black pepper and chili flakes.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
    Serve warm.
