Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Ice Cream Layer

  • 1½ quarts vanilla ice cream, softened

For the Fudge Layer

  • 1 jar (12 oz) hot fudge sauce
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter (optional)

For the Topping

  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • ¼ cup chocolate shavings
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts
  • Chocolate syrup drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined.
    Press the mixture firmly into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 8–10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  • Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cooled crust.
    Smooth the top with a spatula.
    Freeze for 1 hour until firm.
  • Warm the hot fudge sauce slightly until spreadable.
    If using peanut butter, stir it into the hot fudge until smooth.
  • Spread the fudge mixture evenly over the frozen ice cream layer.
    Return to the freezer for 1–2 hours.
  • Spread whipped topping evenly over the fudge layer.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and chopped nuts.
    Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  • Freeze for at least 4 additional hours or overnight.
  • Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
    Cut into bars or squares and enjoy.
