  • 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 lb lump crab meat (fresh or pasteurized, shells removed)
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Crackers, crostini, or sliced bread for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Stir in Old Bay, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce for flavor balance.
  • Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and green onions; mix well.
  • Gently fold in the lump crab meat, keeping the chunks intact.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  • Serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or celery sticks.
